Decent for the Price, But Upgraded to a Better Set
hese knives are sharp and look great, but they felt too light in hand, almost flimsy. While they cut well enough, I was hoping for a bit more weight and a sturdier feel. For the price, they’re okay, but they didn’t quite meet my expectations. I ended up returning them and spending more on the Cangshan HELENA Series, which has a much better weight and a more premium feel. If you’re on a budget, these will work, but if you want something more substantial, I’d recommend upgrading.

They work well and are very sharp! About as long as any regular steak knife.

Nicely made knives
These knives have much better weight to them than the steak knives that came with my Zwilling Henckels block. Feel great in the hand and beautiful handles. Glad I snagged these on Black Friday!
