A PREHAB/REHAB GEM!
I don’t usually do reviews. In fact, I’m not doing this for a discount or anything, just to hopefully help others understand why this thing is so incredible so they can stop wasting time/money on nonsense. This stuff WORKS and it’s extremely cheap/quick to do.2nd week using (used it 3 times so far), and the pain has significantly reduced in both my wrist and elbow. I had been dealing with lifter’s elbow for the past like year and almost nothing seemed to really resolve them. Some stuff like massage gun, ice pack/heat pack/biofreeze applications would only provide slight relief. I even tried radial shockwave therapy and that was very painful/not as effective. Essentially, I couldn't go into a pushup position without wrist pain and slight elbow pain. I had to go neutral (hammer grip) all the time, and on extensions (like in the image shown with a resistance band on my arm as an isometric under load rehab method) I’d feel moderate pain that would take 2-3 sets of warmup extensions before I could somewhat bypass and get back to pressing movements almost pain free, like my heavy bench pressing. However, this voodoo floss has allowed me to achieve that same warmup effect in a fraction of the time! Takes me 3 mins of wearing it and some range of motion movements and a set or 2 of extensions with a resistance band and thats it. It makes the pain SIGNIFICANTLY go away even to the touch. I would rest my elbow on something and feel pain. After using the voodoo floss its becoming less painful, and essentially desensitizing that pain area. You don’t even have to workout with it, you could legit tie up your trouble spot and just move for 3-5 mins to get your blood pumping n that spot a bit deprived, and then take it off and you are GOOD. Feeling the blood flow rush back in alone is an analgesic effect. Lasting all day relief really. Going to buy another for deadlift and squat days to use on my knees. An once of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Prehab, prehab, prehab. Please!For anybody interested in the science behind it, here’s basically how voodoo floss works:1. relieves tension on feeder tissues of muscle-tendon-bone complexes, which ultimately relieves pain in a painful ROM & tricks body into thinking pain is gone. VERY KEY. PAIN IS NEUROLOGICAL. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT.2. Compression on the tissues helps break up muscle/tendon tissue adhesions as they slide under tension from the compression of the voodoo floss.3. Once Blood flow restriction is relieved, it ultimately causes blood flow to come crashing back into the tissues once restricted. This “crashing” of blood transiently expands the tissues with blood, which enhances hypertrophy, lymphatic flushing (getting rid of inflammation), and tissue rejuvenation. There’s only 3 ways to stimulate hypertrophy: Metabolites, mechanical stress, and muscle damage. When the blood flow is restricted, the tissues deprived have a harder time to get rid of metabolites, which causes them to build up and increases chances of hypertrophy. Shockingly Effective
My BJJ instructor recommended this when I was having some knee pains. This basically cured it in just a couple sessions, which was much better than the several days I spent limping. Also, this is way better than buying a compression sleeve for each injury (knee, elbow, wrist, shin, etc.). One band to treat them all

Seems good
Price is okay but you only get one band. Its a little slick but i think they are mostly like that as i bought a two pair of another brand that was just as slick. If you tack it on right with enough tension it will stay and hold.If you want two id recommend a different one or this brand if they sell in sets depending on the price. other set i got was for just about $20. If you only want one, this works just fine.

The great Kelly Starrett, a friend, is The Man in physical therapy and rehab in the Pro athlete community. I'm not sure if he recommends a particular brand of these "flossing" bands, but this one rocks. Great compression for aching knees and elbows.

Compression exactly where and when you need it
Pain is something I’d buy anything to stop, and this does the job efficiently and drug-free. Honestly, I’ve had some morbid thoughts with what this thing should not be used for, but this thing is great for pain.
