You as a retailer have to deal with the feedback and it's causing you to lose stars. Don't say it's one day if it's not. I ordered an Item for an event because it was listed as one day. Ordered in time one day but still delayed to tomorrow. Now the event will come and go and I don't have the item I need. Before you say well you should plan better. I was invited on short notice and was expecting this for my costume and ordered based of the reviews. I will review the whip for quality and usability and improve my review if the quality is there.Updated after a few sessions with the whip. It's very high quality and holds up to a lot of strenuous practice. I'm changing my one star to five based on the quality alone. The Fall Hitch is a beautiful spike and the Fall is a nice strong Nylong double loop. The sound is amazing and the feel and weight are perfect. I will complain that the tacking at the top of my whip came loose and fell out after the first session. I still have tacking and the brown band holding strong.There is a good balance to the whip as well I can shift from body wraps to rope dart tricks throwing the handle with ease and can always seem to tell where it's going to land.

Was a bit surprised at how light the whip was, but happily surprised at its great performance. There is no fall on the whip, but it is slightly weighted forward just before the popper, which gives a solid, deep, crack. Very easy to use for a beginner and the lack of the fall and the shorter popper way cuts down on those nasty welts on your back, wrists, neck etc. when trying new cracks or combos. At the price there really is no reason not to add one of these to your rack.

Cracker is a nylon cord..replaced that and works well
