I didn’t expect a toothbrush to make such a noticeable difference in my daily routine, but this one genuinely changed the way we approach our dental hygiene. I usually brush then floss afterwards to make sure everything is gone, but I noticed with this toothbrush there is no debris left after. This toothbrush definitely does what it claims it does. I ordered these off Amazon or from sprouts and I will never get another toothbrush again it’s way better than the Colgate 360 toothbrushes they claimed to do the same thing, but don’t come close to this. After just a week of use, I noticed less plaque buildup, fresher breath throughout the day, and my gums seemed healthier—less redness, no soreness. My dental hygienist even commented on the improvement at my last visit. If you’re someone who’s been using a basic drugstore toothbrush and never gave it much thought, this is an upgrade worth investing in. It’s a small change with a surprisingly big impact. My only regret is not making the switch sooner. Dr. Plotka is the only way for our family going forward!

I like that the bristles are treated with silver to prevent bacterial growth. The bristles are soft enough to be comfortable but also get my teeth nice and clean. I wouldn't say this brush eliminates the need to floss but may be more effective when used in conjunction with one another. The cost is comparable to the nicer brushes you can buy in the grocery store so I've been happy enough with these to reorder them.

I ordered these in June 2024 and just started using one a week ago. I was hoping my previous dentist-made brand would hold out and be a great thing, but ultimately no. Jeez, Dr. Plotka's brushes are the best! Even though they are "soft," they are firm enough to clean well and I especially love that many of the bristles are long so they get in between teeth. Makes actual flossing easier. I am going to give away the stash of other toothbrushes I've been collecting for years, mostly from my dental visits, because I hate the toothbrushes they give out. They probably get them for free for promoting certain brands of dental products. I'm really picky about toothbrushes, so I have a big bag of "freebie" brushes. Dr. Plotka's brushes are a total win, much better than the typical brands. I will order Dr. Plotka's brushes and use them until/unless I get so old I have no teeth left. The one downside is the handle is a bit big for my hand.

This particular toothbrush was recommended by Dr. Ellie Phillips because the bristles are soft and are able to floss out food from in between teeth. From initial use, I would say that both claims are true. The bristles are not hard and definitely not hard on the gums as other hard bristle toothbrushes I have used in the past. At about $3.25 per toothbrush, this is not exactly a value toothbrush but it is far cheaper than going to the dentist every few months. Overall, I would recommend this toothbrush to those who desire to not have to go to the dentist. It has kept my mouth clean and fresh.

When I saw this toothbrush in an article about Cool things that work’ and then read the reviews- I bought them. They clean my teeth better than my electric toothbrush because of those little extra bristles that stick out beyond the brush. They really get between my teeth better than any other toothbrush. It won’t & shouldn’t replace flossing, but it makes my teeth feel & look cleaner when I use it every morning. I feel like it’s a good value for the money, brush is soft & the little bristles are soft but reach in between my teeth. Makes me feel like my teeth look cleaner. A couple of friends have remarked that my teeth are whiter. I know they are healthier.

It’s impossible to describe how perfect this toothbrush is. My teeth and gums are in good shape, but I have a family member whose teeth and gums aren’t in good shape. We both think this is the best toothbrush we’ve ever used. The wait is over. The toothbrush has been perfected, no need for anyone to keep trying to improve it. The job is DONE! My dentist even commented on how clean my teeth were.
