Q: Would this one sound good with a low G ?

I put one on mine and it sounds great. totally different than a low G on other concert ukes because it has such a natural bright sound.

Q: Is this a laminate ukelele?

The top is solid Spruce, but the back and sides are laminate mohagony.

Q: What kind of strings does it come with?

This model comes with the Aquila Super Nylgut strings.

Q: How is a travel uke dif from a regular uke? They are already very small and light.

They are thinner and lighter. If you bought a tenner the body is very thick, making it hard to hold for some people. The travel uke is much easier to hold. The neck on all of them is thinner too. Makes it much easier to bar chords. The sound quality is awesome too. I have the concert.
