Damaged and leaked bottle cap
I like the product and not first time ordered this. The bottle came with plastic wrapped, well placed in box. However the cap was damaged and leaked, I can’t imagine how the bottle is that broken when the box is still in good shape???. There were no option to claim for replace or any customer care. Rate 3 stars as for the Bronner itself! Would be 1 star for the service!

Love this soap!
We love the smell of this soap. It’s nice to have soap you can trust that it’s not full of chemicals. We use it in our hand soap dispensers and also to mop with. You just need a very small amount, about 1/2 an ounce in the cedar mop bucket.
