Lungkou Vermicelli Sotanghon 500g

This was branded as a sotanghon, but it is very low quality. This is mushy and too fragile. It doesn’t cook into glossy noodles like the Sotanghon that we know (as a Filipino). This my be okay for something else, but this is poor sotanghon.
