Yes, these are Tan499 for the OCP uniform. They are 670-1 compliant.

Q: do these run big or small? I am usually in-between a medium and large? Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend the large for freedom of movement. The medium ones are form fitting and restrictive on my 165 lb 5'8" frame.

I'm a little under six feet tall and about 185 lbs, and the large fits me well. You may want to consider an extra large. I hope that helps.

I'm 5'10 185 kinda top heavy in the chest. Not stomach. Med if your chest and arms are bit fuller, small if you are more petite. I'm not in the military, but I use them for the gym. Hope this helps.
