It is a tarp. I needed a tarp to tarp over something. As tarps go, this tarp is very good at tarping. Buying a large tarp will do an awesome job of tarping items that are less than the dimensions of the large tarp you are going to order. I ordered a large tarp for tarping large things and it works very well. If you would like to trap large items I highly recommend a large tarp. Tarping smaller items with a larger tarp will work out ok. Tarping larger items with the smallest tarp won't work out perfectly, I would recommend considering a smaller sized tarp for those smaller tarp projects. Not meant to be confusing, this large tarp does pack up into a small easy to stow drawstring tarp bag. It's a pretty small bag and it's light too. I use my large tarp to tarp my motorcycle when camping, my motorcycle wakes up nice and dry thanks to the large tarp being a great tarp. If you're looking for a great tarp experience, this tarp will deliver. I would buy this tarp again but I only need one tarp and it looks like this will last for a good while.

Went camping and used this on the bottom of my tent and saves our tent from condensation on the floor!!! must have.

It was small and the tarp did not feel as strong but I suppose it still worked. we hardly used it on our camping trips and wanted to give it back but we had taken it with us for camping. Not sure if it's worth the price.

I secure the tarp down with adjustable bungee cords over my on extended cab doors on my truck. Works as a great shelter from the elements when gearing up to go fishing or snowboarding.

This is a very good purchase BUT the spikes do not come together, you need to buy some.
