Broke at base in heavy wind
Could not handle 50mph winds on a mobile application. Unit snapped off tiny pieces inside base. I had to search for the rod portion on the side of the road.I will remove this REVIEW if seller warranty this. The policy is 30 days. It is beyond 30days because I waited to install. At this point I wish I did not buy this cheep unit for a $100. Not recommended. Don’t waste your money.

Just delivered today. Haven't installed it yet, I'll write a more extensive review after it's installed.Whoever complained about the folding part, CLEARLY didn't read the instructions. They CLEARLY say you can rotate the antenna so the break away part is perpendicular to the force of the wind, specifically, to prevent it from folding while driving.Pros (so far): The overall construction seems fantastic. Very solid. Very substantial. THE BREAK AWAY HINGE IS SOLID! Turned in line, I couldn't make it fold with my hand pushing it very hard, without pulling it up and out of the bottom base. I can't even imagine it folding with it rotated perpendicular to the direction of travel. I'll update the review with SWR across the bands after I have it installed.Cons (so far): None, as far as the antenna goes. Update coming after I install it. Only with the seller. It arrived without the mount and the cable, which were advertised as included. I've requested the seller send the missing parts expedited. I'll update when they arrive. Good SWR, not good mounted on a mobile vehicle.
As a mobile unit quad band it is actually good from a SWR perspective. That said, only use it when stationary. It will fold at about 40 mph. Found that out on the first trip out of the house. Luckily it didn’t crack my windshield as I had it mounted on my hood.

This mobile/vehicle antenna has a 'break away' in the center (presumably to keep it from bending?). The problem is, at highway speeds the break away gives and the antenna rides at a 90 degree angle, (parallel to the street). Making it not effective for radio use in a moving vehicle.

Do not buy for a vehicle
This antenna folds over around 43 to 47 mph. I would not recommend this antenna, there are antennas that fold over and have a screw down mount to keep it from folding over.

Missing parts and antenna analyzer has it all over the place.
It came missing parts, still trying to locate the correct set screw. Put it on an antenna analyzer and it was all over with only 70cm might be possible. I am hoping the set screw will resolve the issue.

Folds way to easy and transmitted signals are weak not a good choice
Poor quality folds over going 40 mph. Have not made a single contact with this antenna. Receives well but transmit is never heard.
