Q: I wanted to buy this as a gift. Is that come with package or case?

Yes, it came with the zippo case when I bought it one year ago. Also, it does NOT come with the zippo fluid. You will not be able to light the lighter upon opening.

Q: Does is come with fuel? Can I pack it in checked luggage when I take flights?

It doesn't come with fuel, you have to buy fuel for it (you can basically find it anywhere so if you don't buy it online you can find it at a gaz station or some other store which sells tobacco ect). But I don't know about whether you can take it with you on flights or not, think it should be fine as long as it's the checked in luggage and not your hand luggage - but as I said I don't know for sure.

Q: Do i have to sign for this? I got a email saying ups had trouble getting to my home but theres literally nothing stopping them from dropping it off

We did not have to sign. Is your order coming also with the fluid? That could be why since from batteries to certain chemicals, Mail is way more careful. Got for my son and he loves his. Good luck!
