I chose this supplement as it had other hard to find ingredients combined making it a much better value and convenient way to get all my needs in one place . I find these easy to swallow, there’s no taste and definitely had a difference in my skin and hair condition.

I read up on collagen after seeing a newspaper article about the benefits of taking it for improving energy levels. Feeling better already after just a week of taking them! My nails are stronger, skin softer and I am managing to do more throughout the day (68 with health problems) Very pleased with this product

I was advised by a friend that adding a high dose of collagen into my diet via supplements could bring about measurable results on my skin and nails! And boy! It did that and some! My nails are now growing with no hangnails my skin is so much better with my skin tone evening out and blemishes have melted away! Excellent👌🏽I’m very happy with product!♥️

As most collagen is from bovine origin it's not suitable for halal consumption, so this marine origin collagen was ideal. It is easy to swallow and only two capsules are needed rather than others which seem to be higher.It's a little early to tell full results but early indicators seem to be positive for the other half and she seems happy with them so we will definitely buy again.

I purchased these to help with my nails after taking them for a month, no different my nails still chip and broke and my skin still dry not very effective at all certainly not worth the price
