perfect nonstick pan
I love my greenpans! They are perfect! Beautiful color and food just slip off the pan. The key is to use medium to low heat, as the ceramic conducts heat really well and high heat will cause the food to burn and stick to the pan.

Great Pans
I was skeptical, but not any more...I went from skeptical to impressed. These pans are great. The non-stick coating has been truly non-stick, for me. I am not a fancy chef or do anything complicated...but in terms of cooking basic things like scrambled eggs, melting cheesy things, etc...nothing sticks to these things (it's like truth bouncing off of Donald Trump's back). Not only are these pans truly non-stick, but they look and feel great...they're light, the handles are sturdy, and they look contemporary and stylish. They seem a bit pricey, to be honest, but then again, they work great, and they look and feel premium. Overall, they work better than I expected, I am happy with them, and I would definitely buy them again if I had to.
