Cafe Bustelo Dark Roast for Espresso Coffee, 6 Ounce (Pack of 4)

It is the best coffee us poor folks can get in my opinion. Strong but not acidic like cheaper coffee. Doesn't give me heart burn like some I've tried. Comes down to personal preference I guess, but this is my preference for sure.

Love this coffee, strong as hell. I like to bring it backpacking camping and use it with a French press. Makes string espresso or French pressed coffee - make sure there’s a toilet nearby cuz this is rocket fuel.

I dunno why it took me so long to finally try this brand but it is excellent. Affordable. Dark and strong. Perfect for my drip coffee maker. Delicious!

Unfortunately, doc said no more caffeine. Very good and strong. Instant is excellent too.

Taste superb love this brand

This stuff is great! We use it with the Krups espresso machine. Cafe Bustelo has the smoothest coffee flavor with no acidity. I use to drink only Peet's Coffee and was definitely a coffee snob. No longer. Cafe Bustelo has changed my mind forever!

A little expensive, but not too bad

I have been a huge coffee snob all of my life. Seriously, since I was 9 or 10. I remember one time a few years ago buying a bag of coffee and I couldn't remember what it was called the next time I looked for it. It was amazing. I swear it I think was actually in a can but I do remember that it was Cuban. I bought something I thought was it later on and it was awful. It couldn't possibly have been the same thing.So last night I was scavenging on DoorDash because I was out of coffee and without a car. I didn't want to end up paying Safeway $50 for a bunch of nonsense groceries as you have to spend extra when grocery shopping so I bought some coffee at Walgreens. Yes, forgive me, I get a surprisingly gnarly coffee withdrawal headache around 4:00 PM if I don't have my morning addiction. My only other option in the house was tea and a cup of tea just isn't the same.To my surprise, there it was. That small brick of coffee packed so well there couldn't possibly be a hint of air in the bag. This morning I opened it and unfortunately, it didn't have the same smell as the coffees I love. Then I tasted it. This cheap, $5.00 bag of Cuban Bustelo is about the best damn coffee I've ever had from anywhere.My guess is the wonderful crema and strong taste is because it is an espresso ground roast and perfectly made for the unique coffee press my son bought me for Mother's Day. It's a match made in heaven <3I suppose it is more expensive here because amazon does take a big chunk out of the profits, which is too bad. Don't let the cheap price at the store fool you. It's better than the big brands.
