I was surprised to receive this product since I had intended to order Earth's Care SHEA Butter. I checked my Amazon order and discovered that I had indeed ordered Cocoa Butter and wondered how this could have happened. I went back to the ordering page for Shea Butter and found that when you go to click the button for Shea Butter it pops up a window that shows a "scent" change to Cocoa Butter. The container looks identical to the Shea Butter so unless you are paying very close attention, you are really ordering the Cocoa Butter even though you're on the Shea Butter page.Since the product is less than $10 I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to return it, so I thought I'd give it a try. First, there is, unsurprisingly, a strong odor of cocoa/chocolate. The product is hard and unusable right away however the label explains this is normal and must be warmed in hot water for 15 minutes. After warming the product it indeed became a cream and may be used as advertised. However, is soon as it cools it turns back into the brick like substance. So, I don't believe a moisturizing cream that needs to be warmed for 15 minutes before every use is practical. For those that use it for mixing with other oils to make a DIY cream, it may be fine.Most of all, the deceptive ordering process is unacceptable. I don't know if this is Amazon's or the supplier's fault, either way it should be corrected.

It was like a rock. Could not even warm it in any way to make it useable! Really weird and not good.

It's rock hard. I have to put it in the heat to warm it prior to applying
