NO ES TORREFACTO
Torrefatto en ITALIANO significa tostado, muy distinto del café torrefacto que se utiliza sobre todo en Espala y Portugal. En Italia no se utiliza azúcar para tostar el café, Dejad de engañar a la gente.En cuanto al café, en cuanto abres el paquete se percibe un grano de calidad que una vez molido desprende mucho aroma, no al nivel de un Colombia pero mucho más fino y con muchísimos matices que alguien mas experto que os lo diría con detalle, pero no voy a entrar en esos temas. Es caro sí, pero yo diría que sí merece la pena.
