Great Value - Especially for Beginners
I loved everything that this bundle came with! I personally bought it for the three different resistance bands, and I’ve been pleased with their quality. There have been no signs of wear so far! I have also found the weighted bands/ropes to be sturdy. Using the door as a stopper is really helpful!Great kit for beginners and intermediates who looking to work out at home.

High quality and durable

Project mom bod, needed this product!
Great price for a great product. New mommy with a c section to heal from. So so glad this affordable product can help me get back into the gym AT HOME. I get to lose weight, get tone, and not miss a second with my baby! Hellooooo! Why didn't I have this already?!?!

GREAT for a good and solid workout or for physical therapy at home if needed..
Downfall is that bands are made of LATEX, so I will definitely be having to use gloves at all times. Also bands does not come wrapped in plastic, just in it's storage bag and packaging box. Actually thought I was sold a returned item as new. However 2nd order was the same for 2 different orders. So don't be alarmed.

Amazing!
I am so happy I purchased this! Very easy to use! I love the colors and the different weight resistance included, perfect for anyone to use. The bands are awesome and I love how thick they are. This is a very durable item and worth it.

I love them
I love them however they do hurt when you’re snapped by one. Although That is a given considering they’re are rubber 🙂 I have fun with these

Definitely recommend!
I really loved this set! It comes with a cute drawstring bag for the items. The resistance bands are durable & high quality. This is going to really help me with my home workouts. It also comes with training exercises pamphlet so that’s a plus! Definitely recommend!

Needs clearer and more extensive directions
I’ve never used this type of product before but wanted to give it a try. Sad little sheet of basic moves but a website link for more extensive exercises would be helpful.
