I’ve been struggling with scalp psoriasis for over two years, trying dozens of shampoos, natural remedies, and medicated treatments with little to no success. It’s not a miracle overnight cure, but with consistent use (2–3 times a week), it provides long-lasting relief and keeps my condition under control.The coal tar smell is noticeable but not unpleasant, and it fades quickly. Compared to the discomfort I had before, it’s totally worth it. Also, it doesn’t dry out my hair like some other medicated shampoos.

It has a strong medicinal odor that can be quite off-putting. It certainly takes getting used to.Can be Drying: I noticed that my hair felt a bit dry and stripped of natural oils after use. If you have dry hair, you might want to follow up with a hydrating conditioner.

It works. Probably it took around 5-6 washes to disappear completely

Good product, however the way it was delivered wasn't good.
