Very compatible with every application I've thrown at it.
I've been looking for a quality soft-phone for a while as I'm permanently a work-from-home software developer. I've tried a few cheaper solutions and had some compatibility issues. I was skeptical at first spending this kind of money on a wireless system, but I didn't have much of a choice...I discovered the DECT protocol by accident when I bought a Logitech wireless headset, and I loved the distance plus clarity I got from it.. The problem I ran into 3 years later was that the battery got puffy and split the plastic casing. I hope that doesn't happen with this product.I'm completely sold on DECT devices. Unfortunately I don't experience the same distance with this DECT headset as a I did with my previous Logitech headset, however I understand this device has more controls to let you fine-tune the quality/distance trade-off.I was pleasantly surprised how well this device integrated out-of-the-box with Microsoft Teams as well as something obscure like Discord. I definitely recommend this headset.

Distance and range
Batttery can only hold up 75%. But it show on charge 100%. When undock and but on the headset. It drop to show 75%. I have charge over 12 hours. Not sure if this defective or not. Sending this back

Works great in linux!
after having many issues with my dect jabra engage in linux I swapped to this headset. It works well (with pipewire) - even though there is not an application available (configured and updated by passing the headset through to a vm).Great range and good sound quality for a "conferencing headset". ANC has a bit of ear pressure during silence, but can be easily switched off.

Range is terrible. Way under advertised.
Advertisers further range than Logitech H820e. Gets 20ft max. Logitech gets advertised.Difference between not being able to leave the room I'm in, vs being able to go outside all the way to my front property line. Hundreds of feet difference.

Decent noise cancellation but terrible range
I got this to replace a Logitech H820E that had some compatibility issues with a new laptop. The Logitech is fantastic- can walk all over the house and all the way to the end of the driveway without issues. That's dozens to a hundred feet of range, from a base station that is located in the basement. It's unfortunate that the newer laptop can't use it, but I still use it for my main PC.The Savi 8220 looked like a good replacement. The noise cancelling is decent for an on-ear headset but nowhere near as good as in-ear/over-ear options. It's relatively comfortable, but longer calls (> 2 hours) can get uncomfortable. The setup is a bit of a pain. The main problem is the range. This has nowhere near the range I would expect from a $200+ DECT headset. I'm getting closer to Bluetooth range for this. 10-15 feet max and it doesn't really go through walls or ceilings at all. Unfortunately, I didn't even set it up until my return period had already expired, otherwise this would be going back.

Works really great with TEAMs, not so much with other teleconferencing apps
I bought these on the suggestion of a respected co-worker who has a previous version set. We mostly use Microsoft TEAMS and sometimes Zoom for our work internally, but external partners use RingCentral and GoToMeeting. These sometimes work with RingCentral and sometimes not. I have not been able to get them to work with GoToMeeting.

Save your $$$.
Just didn't work near as good as a wired headset.
