Well have been using the fan for few days and feedback as:1) Power savings are taken as granted because of low wattage, high efficiency?? motor. The field winding losses i assume are accounted for.2) Breeze, air flow is not outstanding or bad (lots of reviews). It could be due to low installation height.3) No details of the motor are provided. Ideally it should be not above 160 --180VDC (to take care of the AC-DC conversion duty) and the voltage drop in rural areas.4) A DC motor will give high torque (suitable for a chutney grinder) but for a fan? I don't know; what will happen if i insert my hand in the fan. A regular fan will grind to halt (because of its drooping torque characteristics (this i will test; and edit my review).5) The fan Is a tad bit slow to start, which could have been solved by using the smart S curve acceleration.6) The remote should have a memory fn to defacto remember the last speed (at home they keepon trying to select the speed at start up). The boost fn in remote though is useful.7. No details are available of the motor (series, shunt, compound??). Ideally the motor voltage should be low (but the pf and winding costs would be an issue.) But I am not facing any air flow issues as the power supply in mumbai is stable. (In DC motor the speed is directly proportional to the voltage).8. The fan blade design nowadays are dynamically tuned for higher airflow.. which depends on various variables...9. The remote controls both the fans in my living room simultaneously.

These are really good fans, silent yet powerful. you may face issues with installation from the company as they kept cancelling my request.

The fan was okay initially when we bought later it started fluctuating within the same . The fan won’t give u air in 1 & 2, we shud always keep the fan in 3 if v want little air. The wings are big just for the look sake but not usefull at all. Rather than this atomberg , a loca branded fan will serve the purpose. Service is very pathetic. If there is rating below 1, I wud hv preferred minus rating as service nd performance is worst.

I can see that reflect in my power bills for the last 6 monthsI moved into a new house which has a big hall around 260sqft. As per research, I had choice of installing 2 normal fans (1200 mm) or install 1 fan of blade size 1400mm. As 2 fans in a single room looked odd, I decided to buy a single fan of blade size of 1400 mm, as suggested by most online articles. Only Atomberg sells BLDC fans of blade size 1400 mm. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Fan runs very slow, even when beast mode is turned on. Not enough ari circulation across the big room. Air circulation is only when seating is under the fan. I think I should have bought 1200 mm fan itself.DO NOT BUY 1400mm FAN

The media could not be loaded. It is not so silent as described.. wind cutting noise is there.. overall good quality product light in weight.. making one khat noise when started. Little overpriced.

Worth buying. Superb airflow. Works better even in low voltage.
