Easier snow removal!!
Only used it twice this winter when there was a snow storm. The snow slid nicely off the cover little effort on my part. Definitely recommend it for easier snow removal. The only negative is the straps to secure it are flimsy and will stretch out after a few uses.

Best value and convenience for the price.
This cover fit my 2013 Nissan Titan King cab with no issues. Only gripe is the quality could be better but considering the price point, one can’t complain. If your vehicle is subject to heavy climate changes like we experience in Florida then I’d expect it to last about 1-2 years max. The elasticity of the fabric for the hook fasteners will degrade first. Just wrap them on themselves and secure with duct tape to get more life out of them once they stretch out. Constant rain to sunshine seems to cause the most wear on the fabric. Worst I’ve experienced is the fabric starting to rip but I also handle my cover very frequently as I have to remove it and re-cover my truck every time I drive it. I’m parked under trees so this cover protects my paint. Overall, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money and will last you longer than it should given the cost. If the cover were $100 or more I would expect much more from it.

easy to put on
This was easy to put on my 2007 Honda CRV. My husband helped as it was a little breezy with a snowstorm moving in. We got about 4" of snow & it was easy to remove from my car with the snow on it but we had to be careful with the antenna at the rear of the car. The elastic straps were great, just the right length & with plastic hooks so they didn't hurt the car. If I could add anything, I wish they'd add about 2" to either side so it overlapped the windows more as the tarp lined up exactly to the bottom of the windows. Regardless, it was nice not having to scrape my windows or rearview mirrors from snow/ice the next morning! I plan to use this in the summer too, for when my car will sit all day in the sun.

much cooler in the car
I was skeptical of this having any effect on the temps inside the car of my girlfriend's camry. The interior of her car is very dark graphite gray so its like an oven in there when the temps are even in the low 90's. But this cover did the impossible. Its basically the same temperature inside the car as it is outside! That means instead of 140F inside its 95. That means the A/C cools the car down faster and the surfaces inside the car dont give you blisters. Also who TF makes a black interior to a car EVER!? The only way it could be worse would be if it were black leather! Seriously why would you do this?! But with this shade that's no longer a problem. It made it through hurricane Debby with no problems (not that Debby was a big storm mind you) and with the number of hook straps its pretty secure from just about every angle. The door handle hooks could use some rework though ... they dont hook onto the strap itself well and the straps are way too long to use the hook on the door handle but not long enough to reach the bottom of the car. Other than that and it not being able to magically dry itself after the rain its pretty sweet.

Reflects heat, but disintegrating in AZ sun 13th month.
Update;13 mos later, actually, we just made august, soit's literally been 12 mos, I was adjusting the cover this am, andit just started coming apart in my grip, not under muchstress at all.Original Review;Car covers don't last more than 18 months in AZ, my area.I'll bet this lasts pretty well. The hooks are a bit of a hassle, as they catch on things as you try to putthe cover on and take it off, but not a big deal, just a tad annoying, but thenthey hooks work well, they are too long at the front upper fender area, theywould also be less apt to scratch the paint if twisted in a 90 degree angle, you'll see what I mean when you get yours, not a deal breaker. I twisted acouple with heat and bending/cooling, seemed better, but still could usesome kind of buffer between them and the paint, perhaps, as the wind canget fierce here, things flap around wildly when it comes up.I will probably buy again as needed, they cover the windows, and frontbumper. In 120f heat, I was able to rest my hand on the cover over the hood, while doing the same to an orange table and black piece of steel, wasnot at all possible, so I know my little SUV is not overly hot inside, I alsoleave windows cracked 1/4'' , enough to let air escape, and not open enoughto allow mice and rats to enter.I would absolutely recommend this '1/2' cover, and as mentioned, I am very likelyto buy again myself.

Sides for rear is to short to cover windows
The sides are to short. To cover the windows. This is Especially critical as my vehicle is convertible and I need the cover to protect the sides. They have improved quality of the straps and the liner is now cotton, but if it gets wet and you don’t dry it off it will get small black Mold. . Theses half covers are ideal to protect from dust, pollen, bird droppings, rain, and don’t transform into a parashute leaving your vehicle from high winds, which how I lost my full cover. .The fabric is pretty slippery, so you can rinse off bird droppings, if don’t let bake in the sun for to long. My first purchase years ago the size was perfect, but after 1.5 years, it got holes in it not sure how, I clicked Buy again “ but I received a cover with much shorter sides that don’t cover the rear windows. Also the second cover did not have cotton lining. But the 3rd cover did but is still short, the rear section slopes down instead of staying the same height as the front. . In order to make this work , going to cut the 2nd cover and use it to extend the sides height .
