Quality thread and good price
The media could not be loaded. Tested this metallic thread on my older machine (Brother Super Galaxie 3000). Slowed the speed - 90/14 needle - 2 layers of wash away stabiliser. The top thread was horizontal as shown in video and caused no problems. It sewed out this FSL butterfly with no problems. I would definitely recommend Simthread metallic thread and also all their other threads.

Awful product
Not compatible with my brother embroidery machine. It snapped every 10 -100 stitches so an embroidery pattern that should have taken 5 minutes took almost half an hour as I had to keep retreading my machine. Waste of money.

Ideal for embroidery
Ideal for embroidery but I needed to finish off an overlock design on my ball gowns it was hard to use on a overlocker. Got a great end result but took a bit of time to do.

The media could not be loaded. Tried both - gold and silver on vinyl key fobs- worked perfectly on brother machine. First i thought colour will be too bright but it looks good on embroidery. And no thread breakage!

Beautiful metallic thread
I stitched out these 2 designs today using the Gold and Silver metallic thread. My machine speed was 500 and the thread sewed like a dream. I had no thread breaks at all. This thread is fabulous. great value too as it works out at £2.50 a spool. The pictures don’t really do it justice as the sparkle from the thread is lovely. I would definitely recommend it.
