Q: Can I bind this on more than one receiver for multiple cars?

Yes but only if you have the right receiver it has to be the same one that comes with the transmitter there should be a link or whatever on the same page as the transmitter/reciver

Q: Will it work for a traxxas nitro rustle?

Yes i used it on a hpi nitro firestorm it works great and its just plug in and go there will be instructions that show you how

Q: Can you use the 3rd channel

yes the third channel works but it's just a button, it's not controllable like a steering servo. if you connect a servo to the 3rd channel and hit the button it will swing the servo fully one way and thats it. Or you could install leds with a on/off switch and control them that way.

Q: where can i get a receiver replacement ? or wichone works with this thing

I used the traxxas receiver. It should work with any 2.4ghz 3chnl reciever.
