In trth, I ordered this in error, initially wanting a silver plating solution, not a silver cleaner! Having said that, I have a reasonable amount of both silver and stainless steel jewellery and altho the stainless steel doesn't need polishing (hence buying it over silver, which does!) this product appears to work very well with minimum effort. My advice would be to squeeze a small amount into a dish and use by dabbing a soft cloth into it and applying, as opposed to squeezing some directly onto the cloth. (The latter way tends to squeeze a bit more than intended!) Worth buying in the end - a pinky-red colour with the consistency of cream.

Top Quality silver polish

Bought this to clean my copper kettle. It takes ages to get any effect and doesn’t remove all patina. However, it doesn’t smell and is pretty clean to use.

It does the job but the smell is not good I prefer the silver cleanee I normally use. But can't say it's not good as it was..just the smell of the product was overpowering for me
