Purchased 12/4/18, they're already falling apart
These look and feel like great oven mitts. We've used them minimally (a few times a week), and haven't even attempted to wash them. They're coming apart between the fabric and the silicone. My return window apparently closed last week and I'd like to contact the seller directly but can't find where to do that. Would love to get a replacement pair to see if these were 'lemons'.

They just work!
These are oven mitts. They work really well. If you try to take things out of the oven when they are hot without using the mitts you will burn your hand. If you use these, your hands stay unburnt. I have not tried taking things out of the freezer wearing these to see if my hands stay warm, but I imagine they would work for this as well. One piece of advice - you don't need to wear two oven mitts if you are taking something relatively small out of the oven. One mitt does fine. Make sure to put the mitt on the hand you are using to handle the hot things. It does not work as well if you put the mitt on the wrong hand.It would have been better if the mitt had come with instructions. For instance, I wasn't sure if you could use the mitt to play catch with your oven. I didn't try but I was wondering.

Well padded and impossible to dry
I bought these to use pulling chicken out of my rotisserie. The top part is made of silicone but the bottom is fabric. I have to say they are well padded and I didn't burn myself, but because I actually touched the chicken to take them out, I had to wash them (of course) before I used them again. It took forever for them to try because the silicone seems to prevent the padding from drying. I had to turn them inside out to finish drying and am unable to get the padding back in the gloves. So I used them once. They're still sitting on top my dryer and I will try again and again to get it back in, but will probably wind up in the goodwill pile.

My wife loves these and I didn't even buy them for her!
I'm always wary of buying things from unknown brands, and I was actually torn between these and the Gorilla Grip ones. What really sold me on these was quilted cotton. While slightly big even for my large hands, it's super comfy and pillowly inside. I actually bought these for myself since I often grill and use cast iron pans. I was tired of using the crappy mitts my wife had in the kitchen. You could still feel the heat through them and I could only hold my cast iron skillets for a few seconds at best. These are a major improvement. I've tested it so far on a 450 degree oven and it could barely feel any heat. On an aesthetic note, my wife loves the vibrant colors on these gloves. She originally wanted to just get the Rachael Ray ones but those things are way too pricy for just one mitt. I can tell you that these are just as good as those mitts. She was super happy when I told her that these mitts came in a pair, and now she gets to keep one for herself.. unfortunately.

Unattractive Smell
I've used these mitts twice, and have not yet used them at 500 degrees (the reason for which I purchased them), but so far they seem to function well. My problem with this product is that they smell positively terrible... like a moldy, musty, dirty warehouse. It causes me to lose my appetite all together. I washed them and the stench didn't come out. I'll either decide whether its worth my time to try and return or just throw them out... Yuck.
