I went for this one just because it offers the pro blades and the additional pro contouring blades. The beard scale came in handy aswell! The build quality is amazing. Amazon UAE needs the 13 All in 1 Trimmer with even body trimmer extensions. Its available on the Amazon International Shipping for the same price! But I needed one urgently and I couldn't wait long enough for that to be delivered so I had to settle for this one. Still a good purchase

I bought an adjustable trimmer a long time ago and it was junk, so I really hesitated to buy this one.Not only does it work great, but it is the best trimmer I've ever had and it's nice to not mess around with all the different sized combs.The adjustment feels very sturdy and consistent and is measured out in mm instead of some arbitrary scale.Every part of its construction feels solid and has great battery life.I highly recommend this.

I purchased the Braun Trimmer BT7240, expecting peace of mind with the included manufacturer warranty. Unfortunately, after using it only a couple of times, it stopped working. When I sent it to the Braun service center, they claimed it was due to using the wrong charger, which isn't covered under warranty. However, I had always used the charger that came with the product.I've been writing to them for nearly two months without a response. Eventually, they responded, and demanding a hefty amount for repairs without considering the customer's perspective. This has been a terrible experience, and will not buy anything from Braun Dubai/UAE in the future. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and the support team is awful. Considering the product's high cost, the repair charges are also exorbitant. Overall, a very disappointing experience with Braun UAE.PS: Amazon’s team extended their maximum support from their end.
