Versatile and good value
These resistance bands are just what I needed. A good range of resistance levels which can be mixed and matched. The range of exercises with these bands is extended with the ankle bands and the door jam. Finally, keeping everything together is really easy due to the storage bag.

Excellent levels of resistance
These were just what I was looking for. My previous ones which Iād had a good few years were beginning to snap, not to mention the levels of resistance were not all that inspired either.These however are phenomenal!I wanted a replacement that would offer varying levels of resistance as well as grow with me.Great that they have the door and ankle accessories too.They seem great quality too.
