Ordered to replace the broken wall-hung toilet in a nightclub ...
Ordered to replace the broken wall-hung toilet in a nightclub. Toilet was packaged well, cushioned inside a much larger box, with 12-14 expanded foam bagged surrounding the shipping box. Install went quite simply, although the oval bolt holes ended up chipping some because they taper from back to front. Thankfully, it did not cause any lasting damage, and will now function perfectly for decades to come.

out of nowhere a needle whole under the toilet
The product it self is good in design, finish and size but after two weeks of installation, customer complain about a leak on the toilet, after inspecting it I determined that it was a whole under the toilet bowl, i patched with flex glue until i order a new one

Just the bowl and inlet connection spud... Exactly as described!
In case you've never purchased this commercial toilet before, be aware you will also need to supply:A seat, a flush valve and associated plumbing, a neoprene gasket to seal the outlet to the wall flange, and possibly, a retro-fit nut kit to help attach it to the existing mounting studs in the wall (if they are too short - as I found I needed)...Have fun!

It’s not all inclusive.
It was fine. I just wish it was clear that you need all parts. That it did not come with flusher and seat.

Make sure you have enough of bracing in the wall
It's a good product, works good in my work shop bathroom.
