Great Massager, paid for a new one, got a used one with manual missing
The massager works well, and is easy to use as advertised. It can be adjusted to get almost every trigger point. My only complaint is that I ordered a new product to give to my husband for Christmas but was sent one that had obviously been used. The box was badly crushed, there was no packing within the box and no instruction manual. This massager was not cheap and I wanted it to be a nice present for Christmas but instead it looked like I had found it on the bargain aisle. I don't mind getting a used product as long as I am informed that is what I am getting and the price is adjusted accordingly.

... who has spasticity and pain thinking this would be good for him
I had ordered this for my husband who has spasticity and pain thinking this would be good for him. But, when I tried it on myself, I was surprised at how intense the massaging was. So, I ended up keeping it for myself since he would find it too hard and perhaps painful. I really like it because it actually feels like a person doing a deep, deep massage so that when the 10 minutes are up, you feel very refreshed and invigorated. It took a bit of experimenting learning how to move it from your neck to the lower back but found it quite easy after only a minute or two. So I definitely would recommend it.

Works ok but heat wont work tried and tried..bought for lower back massager works good its a nice massager but wanted the heat..Robert van hevel

Better than Wonderful
The rolling ball action is effective enough to really ease some muscles, yet gentle enough to not hurt. Two family members bought one for their home after trying mine.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product. The unit seems like it is solidly built and made to last. The kneading action provided a deep massage with three separate speed settings. I have back, neck, and shoulder pain most days and this did provide substantial relief to my sore muscles. I really like the heat function as well. Lastly, the fact that I can move the unit around, unlike those massage chair pads which I have tried, makes this massager one of the better investments that I have purchased for back pain. My dear friend suffers from chronic neck and back pain as well. After taking it to her for a test massage, her husband proceeded to purchase one for her for a late Christmas present from Amazon! I would definitely recommend this product and I was not paid nor given this product free for my opinion.
