Good value for the cost
This is a good chair. One of the long bolts that mount the arms to the chair had stripped threads and couldn't be screwed in with the included allen wrench- luckily, I had a ratcheting screwdriver with an allen head on-hand and the extra leverage helped me get the bad threads shoved through with a little elbow grease. Other than this minor hiccup the assembly process was pretty easy, but I would recommend having a second set of hands on standby for the step where you attach the seat and back to one another. The chair is a tad wobbly, in a left-and-right kind of direction, but feels more than solid enough to sit in. I wouldn't do spins or scoot around with a fire extinguisher for thrust, but for just sitting in front of my desk in one position it's great.Overall, a good buy for the price. I haven't had an actually office chair in around 10 years so my standards may be a tad low but it's comfy, looks good, and didn't break the bank.

What should have been a 20 minute assembly turned into a month long ordeal. As others have noted the bolts are poorly machined. One bolt was defective and after trying for 2 hours over 2 days because my hands became blistered and cramped I gave up trying to assemble the arms. I notified the company and requested a replacement bolt. The company emailed back and asked me if I wanted to find a replacement bolt myself. I said no, please send me the bolt I know belongs to this chair. They said sure expect it in 10 days. 2 weeks later no bolt.I emailed the company again and they said they would mail me the bolt. Finally a month later I get the bolt in the mail. The arm design is not good and you have to really push on the tiny allen wrench while it digs into your palm hoping you can tolerate the pain until the bolt is all the way in.As one customer commented he was so glad he had a hex attachment to his drill because really that is what you really need to assemble the arms.Really bad design. If I had known I would have passed on this chair and gotten another style. The company did give me 2 refunds totaling $20.00. That still doesn't make this chair worth it. I paid $136.60 minus the $20.00 for $116.00. This chair is worth maybe $70.00 in my opinion because when I finally got it all together I noticed the back slopes to the right. All around bad choice.

Good, but not great
The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is that putting this thing together is kind of a pain in the ass. Everything doesn't line up exactly the way that it should. Also the box that it came in had absolutely NO protection at all and it came to me slightly damaged. Now I'm not going through the hassle of packing it all back into the box and shipping it back just to get a perfect one. I understand things aren't always perfect, but the damage could have easily been avoided with a slightly bigger box with at least SOME protection. On the good side this chair (after 5 minutes sitting in it) is pretty comfortable. I was worried buying a chair I had never sat in... kind of a gamble, but this gamble seems to have paid off.The lumbar support in this chair is definitely the best I've ever experienced in a desk chair. I work at La-Z-Boy and I know how important support is, so I'm happy with this chair.

Run for the hills. Bad chair. Cheap chair, waste of money. Detailed experience below.
I got the black chair and I swear this product had a significantly better rating on Amazon before the holidays. I have beef with the product as well as shipping AND the product itself. Let me tell you here, I was given an expected arrival date. The Tracking number almost never had updated information. Delivery day came, no product. Expected arrival date was pushed back. Again, no dice. Pushed back again, no dice. Then, "We don't know when your package will arrive sorry. If it doesn't arrive in [Time was OVER a week] THEN email us." Hahaha. Funny. Finally got it very very late. Now onto the actual chair itself. Dear God why did I think this was a good idea. Let me give you a little background history. I was born with a narrow spinal canal. No big deal, just some discs tightly packed together so I really need to take care of my lower back. Hence why I bought such a comfy looking chair.... It's not comfy at all. It may look like it has a lot of padding but it's really thin and stiff padding. If you look at the picture reviews for this product, you can see someone show you all the wood inside the chair. The chair also DOESN'T lean back very far. Maybe an inch or two at the most.Assembling the chair was a nightmare. I saw a couple people in the reviews having the same problem as I did where the ARMS did not fit into the chair well. As in the holes to screw in the arm pieces didn't match up with the designated holes on the hair. Basically requiring me to bend screws and such in place to have a very fragile arm rest, but hey, at least it finally stayed on the chair, right? Hahaha. Not only that a lot of people are complaining about the chair leaning to the side or being crooked after being set up. It's a cheap chair. Not only in price (which isn't really outrageous for a chair anyway so whats the point?) this chair's quality is cheap. The holes for the screws still have scraggly bits of plastic hanging out there to scratch you, the chair's stitching looks like it's about to pop, in fact some threads were always frayed ON ARRIVAL. Now my chair doesn't exactly look like it's crooked, but once I [or anyone else for that matter] sit in the chair, I can feel its crooked. Some people said their chairs were crooked after assembly, others after a week or a month. I'm guessing that this chair I haven't even had for a whole month is already breaking.Honestly just wish I could get a full refund but I've read horror stories in the other reviews as to how the company would ask you for pictures from EVERY angle after you emailed them then telling you to do so and so differently as if the illustrated instructions weren't obvious enough and you really just received a bad product. I'm pretty sure I read once that they just didn't do anything for one customer after receiving the photos. After the nightmare I went through with shipping, I got the same reply of "send us a photo from every angle." and I was just over it. It wasn't going to end the way I wanted it to, and I already am sick of this chair and the seller. I know I'm not going to get a refund or at least a better chair.I guess the only pro to this chair is that it's quiet, but I'm sure that will go away soon.OH and for my ladies and lads with longer hair, DO NOT sit in this chair after a shower. If your wet hair rubs against the material of the chair the fake leather will start to peel and wither. (:Honestly Amazon used to be the ideal online shopping center but this year their quality has gone down so much, Too many bad experiences with 3rd party sellers on Amazon as well as Amazon sellers/Amazon customer service in the past 12 months. Hopefully a new and better online shopping platform comes out soon because for me and all my family and friends that have also had bad experiences this year agree Amazon is soon to be down there with eBay. Sketchy and unreliable. Only ok for a couple things. If you're still thinking about buying this specific chair, do yourself a favor and don't. You're going to be mad you spent almost 100 dollars on a chair after it breaks a month later (or maybe even on arrival) when a 20-60 dollar more of an investment would have given you a chair that would have lasted years. You're saving your self money in the long run and saving yourself from stress if you just go to a better chair. This isn't an end table you can't be willy nilly, don't be stingy with your computer chair, especially if you use your computer frequently. I've learned the hard way.

Easy enough to put together even with a few small hiccups along the way. Nice chair ,nice looks, will get the job done for a time. Can tell it will not be a long term chair but nice enough to fill a gap. A few issues I ran into upon assemble where minor cosmetics(but as I said will get the job done) and 2 was in one of my nut plates that attach the seat to the back of chair there were 2 staple ends sunk pretty deep into nut plate. I used a small pick to get them out but so far just small stuff. Will check back if anything else happens. Pics posted below....
