It arrived well wrapped and we are thrilled to see how well made it is.

Really love the look of this rain guard. The leaf pattern is very pretty. And it helps to keep the feeder dry. I just wish the hook that connects to the underside were shorter so that the feeder could be closer to it. The hook on the underside/inside is too long, which makes the feeder further from its protection than I would like. Other than that, it's perfect.

This bird feeder shade is gorgeous! Very sturdy and not lightweight, so great for shepherds hook. It fits wonderfully over a single suet cage but would cover a double with ease and still protect the feeder. Easy to assemble the screw-in hooks top and underneath, those also are hefty and weighted. Super quality! Beautiful design and looks stunning in my garden. Highly recommend!

Really makes a nice decorative top for our bird feeder pole. Not sure how much copper is in this, but it rusts as fast as it develops patina. It doesn't rust *away*, just discolors. I polished off the early rust and sprayed it with lacquer, and you might have to do that once a year, but it works fine.We had to rig a shaft on the underside to make it fit our pole and stay on, but that wasn't difficult. The wind does try to steal it, so you'll want at least a four-inch shaft or to attach it more firmly. It's not big enough to provide much coverage from the rain, but, as I said, it does look nice.

Love how it looks and I think it should hold up very well but the size does not give anything under it any protection from sun or rain.

This is very nice, however I took the advice of another reviewer and used Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Gloss rust protection, so that it doesn't rust. I sprayed the top and underneath quiet generously, and it didn't change the copper look of it at all. *UPDATE* I'm changing my 5 star review to 1, because as you can see in the 3rd picture, after 4 months it is now rusting even though we put a HEAVY coat of krylon clear coat on it.

Unfortunately, this cover was only slightly larger than our bird feeder so it wouldn’t have protected said feeder from rain. Otherwise, it’s quite pretty and well made.

Nothing can keep the squirrels away as far as I can tell, but this keeps the seeds dry and it sure looks classy in the backyard!
