BMC ToysBMC Civil War Plastic Army Men - 26pc Battle of Appomattox Soldier Figures

My grandson loves army figures and recently studied the civil war in school so I gave him these men. He loved them. They are pricey compared to regular army men, but are much more detailed and more historically correct.

I liked that they made 2 historic generals into figurines. Other than that, the soldiers are identical except for the colors.

These American Civil War plastic soldiers look fantastic! Very sturdy which will provide many years of service! This is the first package in the Civil War line which is even among the blue and grey, two of each riflemen (stand pose) two of each riflemen (kneeling), so excellent fairness! If you enjoy creating a Diorama or just love playing with your kid/s then I would recommend this product!

Soldiers are a good value for the price. They are reasonably and correctly detailed. My big complaint is the union soldiers are too bright a blue. I have a Marx reproduction of some soldiers that I had as a kid. They are better made than the BMC soldiers here but at a significant price increase. My grandkids loved this little set.

Building a old western theme g scale railroad with a fort. Hard to find calvery, I can wittle these down to make them work

Bigger scale than some. Have Lee and Mead. No more Confederate flag. It's blank!

I purchased these to accent a model train layout and depict a Civil War battle scene on one part of the layout. They look good.
