My daughter is a high school athlete (3 different high school varsity sports plus a travel team) and she SWEARS by the Joint and Muscle bath salts with arnica. We have tried other brands that claim to sooth aching muscles, but nothing worked. I got a sample of this from a friend for my daughter to try and she loved it. We’ve purchased it at least 3 times since because when she runs out, she asks for me to order more. She even shared a sample with her friend who was equally amazed.Worth the money for my hard-working athlete!

Highly scented with essential oils. It’s a wonderful way to unwind. I’ve tried them all and have enjoyed using all the salts. They also sell a eucalyptus oil that I use by dropping a few droplets into a hot steamy shower to wake up. It’s also great to use when you Have a cold.

The "Deep Breathe Pine & Fir" mineral salts by Kneipp make a for a great soak! Because reviews have been mixed I had my doubts, but having faith in German-made products, I decided to give it a try. Following my typical procedure, I added the salts as I started to fill the tub. The aroma filled the room with the light scent of an evergreen forest, just as you find on a hike. Nothing overpowering nor artifical. 5-stars. As to the soak itself, absolutely perfect! Soothing, relaxing, all crystals completely dissolved, and again the aroma remained light and natural. I spent 30-minutes in the soak, and really did not want to get out. 5-stars. As to ingredients, all natural mineral salts, natural pure essential oils, and natural surfactants. The only negative I have is the last two ingredients: artificial dyes, blue and yellow. These are here simply to create the green color. While I admit, the green bathwater is visually appealing, I wish the makers would delete these last two ingredients from their otherwise all-natural recipe. 3-stars. Overall rating 4-stars. On a side note, the product did NOT stain my tub. Also, the product is returnable, being no different than just about everything else purchased through Amazon. Do I recommend "Kneipp Deep Breathe Pine & Fir" mineral salts? Yes! Did I subscribe for regular shipments? Yes!

I am trying to correct a skin issue on may hands and have tried multiple solutions from prescription creams to natural remedies. Although salt can be known to be irritating, I know it has medicinal properties as well and since this was named "Sensitive Derm" I thought it would be formulated so that it was not an irritant. My hands burned the entire time I had them soaking, and after rinsing them off, letting them dry and applying a moisturizer, they did not look or feel any better and continued to be irritated. I'm using honey now and that actually seems to be working.
