Melted and warped within a day, fell off and now useless.

The plastic is so brittle it snapped when we tried to fit it . Got a refund .

I had to find a photograph of the filter set in the kettle to find a way of fixing it to the kettle

Bad quality
For a filter in a kettle, I’d expect it at least to be heat proof. Bent within a day and now doesn’t even sit in the spout!
