Straczynski at his finest
Crying like a newborn kitten by page 3 (6 side). Yep...this is pure Straczynski.

good, not great
I like this author's work - I really do. Supreme Power and Rising Stars were some of the best set-in-real-world superhero stories ever. But this one was a bit confusing, with some characters never explicitly named and a lot going on. After I finished it, I was left with the feeling that I'd missed something (and I'm a pretty thorough reader.)

JMS is a pre-cog?
JMS was brought on board to handle the world creation for this shared space, and what a vividly detailed and heart-breakingly beautiful visage this is. The whole idea of it seems to have stemmed from current headlines, but was written well before them. This COULD be our world, and in that, it becomes a series that is difficult to put down once you pick it up.

Nice
Two super talents create a new universe with all kinds of potential!Story and art are spot on.Characterization is just at the origin point, but plenty for other authors to take off with as this new comics company gets started.I got a lot of bang for my buck with this one.

Another gem from JMS
There is a common thread I see in JMS's work, it's human connection. It's manifest in his other work like Sense8 and Rising Stars and I love how he addresses it in this title. can't wait to see where this series goes. It gives me hope in these troubled times.

Just....wow!
Better than expected story and art from folks for whom I already had high expectations! You won’t be disappointed. Cant wait for volume 2.

Couldn't put it down
Couldn't put it down.. Fantastic beautiful haunting comic series that I can imagine even better in print than my kindle. Loved it.

Last J. Michael Straczynski book I will buy
Writers need to grasp that people don't want to read stories pushing social agendas or political viewpoints. This will be the very last J. Michael Straczynski book that I purchase for that very reason. In addition to that, the story was just overly wordy and boring. On the flipside Deodato's artwork was very enjoyable and I will catch more of it when he is teamed with other authors.
