Fun ride
Kids run this thing everywhere. Got it during Xmas on a great deal. Kids say it lasts forever and is pretty fast. I'm not dumb enough to get in it tho

No Support after warranty (waste of money)
I was happy to get this product, but it didn't work for long. before even completing one year, it stopped charging. reached out to Hover-1 support, as per them they don't provide service after warranty, also they don't sell individual battery. Overall if this product has a problem after warranty (90 days) or after extended warranty. you don't have any option to repair. so frustrated with response from hover-1 support. just waste of money as it is not working and no service. you may end up throw away the product.

It just doesn't work.
The board did not function strait out of the box. Would not turn on despite following charging instructions, had to be returned. Super disappointing.

Great Christmas gift.
Good balance nice speed good battery life my son love the design super Fun fun fun for him for Christmas!!! But the quality and the built didn't last long only lasted for about a good 2 month if that!

Customer service is non-responsive
I got this hoverboard for my son for Christmas, specifically to use the go kart attachment as the hoverboard alone seems too dangerous. But he wanted some sort of ride on, but he’s too old for an electric car. The go kart attachment was supposed to fit 10” hoverboards, but it did not work because this hover board has a giant handle in the middle. I had no idea it wouldn’t be compatible. I sent back the go kart attachment and reached out to Hover 1 directly to find out which attachment I could buy specifically from them to make sure it fits. I have not gotten a response after 2 attempts. So now we have a hover board we can’t really use. I can’t tell from the pictures if there are any attachments that would work, and I’m not finding any that list this one specifically. I hope there’s something out there that might be compatible. My son is disappointed.

Took a chance, considering ratings. Great so far.
Only issue we had was one of the wheel hubs fell off immediately. Looks like it was broken in the box.Can't find a source to replace it, but it also seems like a pretty tacky decoration with no actual physical use.My 9 year old loves it. It's recharging well, and seems to have a great battery life so far.Will update if anything changes, but so far... Awesome.
