Mr. & Mrs. Wedding Frame ( Photo )

I was very happy with this. The lettering was beautifully done. My problem, which has nothing to do with the company or the condition of the product itself, is that the to be Bride and Groom decided to change the wedding date so they could accompany some out of town guest who could not make it on the date they originally picked. So now I am stuck with a personalized frame that I can't use. I sent the company an email to see if there was any way to remove the "old" date and put on the new one and they said there was no way they could do it without it not looking good, oh well, you live and you learn. But I would use this company again if I had a need for their services.

Ordered this for our anniversary. Communication with the seller was great, sent them a message with my desired text and it arrived as requested a few days earlier than the estimated date. If I have one issue its that the photo looks like the frame is silver/black, when in fact it's white/dark brown. Actually looks better with our decor that way but I was under the impression it was one of those engraved metal ones. Could just be my bad eye sight. Still happy with it, wife loves it, would still buy it all over again!

I just received my frame, and I must say I am VERY HAPPY!! It is just as the picture looks. It's perfect for an anniversary of as a wedding gift. I'll be gifting this for my friends anniversaries and weddings.
