SweetGourmet Spice Drops Candy, Old-Fashioned Gumdrops, 6 Flavors Jelly Candy, 2.5 Pound

First time to buy this brand and they are wonderful. Soft and the flavors are truly the spice flavors I remember as a kid. I see other reviews say basically it is hit or miss with spice taste and freshness, I will buy them again and keep my fingers crossed that my review holds up for the next purchase. I also bought a different brand at the same time i purchased these to compare and they too were as good as these but these were at a cheaper price point.

The flavors in each drop are intense, and true to original flavors. I love these a ton, and will definitely buy again.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THESE!! Bought my first bag of these a few weeks ago. Good spice gumdrops are a real addiction for me. I've always had a weakness for them. So I gave this brand a try. And the first bag was really good: nice spice kick, distinct flavors, bright colors, gummy but not hard and not mush. Just great.So I ordered two more bags. Huge mistake. Just came today, opened first one, and immediately noticed the colors were all faded looking. Tried some despite dull colors, and they were hard, not gummy. But main thing is flavor is vague at best, weak, not very spicy, and all taste about the same. About as bad as a spice drop can get.What the heck happened? Do they get these from more than one source? Did these sit in a warehouse for a year or two? Whatever it is, these are a huge disappointment. Not sure whether to open second bag, or just return them. Except when you go to return these, you find it says "This item isn't eligible for return". So $30 down the drain.

Soft and fresh but not very flavorful

These candies were so fresh, soft packed a lot of flavor and would I would definitely buy again.

The spice drops were not soft and fresh and have a strange after taste. They seem like the drug store brand in a fancy package. I'm very disappointed.

Well-sealed, not rock-hard Spice Drops in the 2.5 Lb size is worth the money. My hubs fav candy for some reason hard to find in stores for the last several months. I ordered this and now will continue since I found these are good quality and the flavors are great!
