After a week of use, this has eliminate puffiness around my eyes
I've tried a lot of products recently to help me with the puffiness around my eyes I've been plagued with for years. I've had decent results with some of the products I've used, but they've never fully eliminated the puffiness I suffer from, until I tried this one. After a week of using this around my eyes, it's almost entirely eliminated the puffiness I suffer from.In addition to eliminating puffiness, it's also tightened the skin around my eyes.Outside of the obvious benefits, this also just feels invigorating to use. It has a cooling feel to it and makes the area around my eyes feel perky.American Crew products carry quite a premium. However, in my experience, their products are worth the premium. While this product is no different, a little goes a long way, and the benefits of this eye energizer make it worth using in my opinion.Highly recommended5 starsCheers!

Reduced puffiness Increased elasticity
This ACUMEN eye gel by AMERICAN CREW has a price point of $29.00 for a 0.5 fl. oz. tube, as of this review. Honestly, it's well worth it's cost for what it can do for the skin! Yes, It's cost is a little more expensive than some other brands, however, it's a product that is among the "PREMIUM" product line from AMERICAN CREW.For a PREMIUM product, the cost is actually very affordable and lower than some other comparable PREMIUM products that are in the market just for men, in my experiences. Also, when applying, it only takes a very small amount of product. So, this tube has lasted him a while now.His aging skin shows its ugly signs. Puffiness! Tiredness! Fine Lines!ACUMEN COMPLEX combines vitamins, antioxidants, and moisturizers to improve skin hydration and elasticity. It's an intensive hydrating eye gel that has minimized the appearance of these aging problems around his eyes. Adding it to his daily skincare regimen has increased elasticity for a more youthful appearance.Using is with other American Crew premium products for men has made him feel more confident in his appearance as well. Priceless!

Hydrates Yet Light, NonGreasy & Matte, No Fragrance & Many Good Ingredients-Has Alcohol & Parabens
Acumen Eye Hydrating Energizing Gel for men has an easy to use roller applicator (twist to the open position first), and the gel just needs gentle patting after applying around the eye area. This is a white gel that doesn’t have any smell of fragrance that I can detect, and I don’t see fragrance listed in the ingredients. That’s a big plus with the eye area being so sensitive. This gel has a pleasing lightweight feel and absorbs quickly. It’s not greasy or sticky and leaves a matte finish. My son finds it refreshing and plenty moisturizing. I’ve tried it as well to know how it feels, and it would be too light for me. But I’m not the intended user as a 50+ woman with dry skin who covets rich and even oily products.Acumen eye gel has some really good dry skin ingredients, such as glycerin, cucumber extract, matricaria flower extract, hyaluronic acid and more. Hyaluronic acid is great stuff as it holds in water to plump the skin and diminish fine lines. This gel also has anti-aging antioxidants, such as skin soothing ginger extract. This is a better quality men’s product, but there are a few things to consider. I don’t like that alcohol is in the top 6 ingredients. It damages the skin barrier over time when it’s a main ingredient and is “pro aging” rather than anti aging (per Paula Begoun and others). This gel has retinyl linoleate which carries potential risks and benefits. But it’s especially risky combined with sun exposure, so this gel is best used at night (or when certain sun exposure isn’t a possibility). This eye gel has methylparaben and phenoxyethanol. While methylparaben remains controversial, the reality is that both of these preservatives get a moderate risk rating of 3-4 by EWG. Most cosmetics need preservatives and at least these are the last two ingredients. I’m not all that concerned and do occasionally use products with small amounts of parabens, though I do limit use to a product here and there. This men’s eye moisturizer seems good, but I’m taking a star off primarily due to the alcohol. 4 stars.Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Isononyl Isononanoate, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Polyacrylamide, Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Panthenol, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Centella Asiatica Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Citric Acid, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Disodium EDTA, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Laureth-7, Morus Bombycis Root Extract, Retinyl Linoleate, Saxifraga Sarmentosa Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Fruit Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, Methylparaben, Phenoxyethanol.

Ingredient list to rival many women's products!
I'm loving this Crew Acumen line. For one thing, my husband is actually using them which is a miracle in itself. But the ingredients are fantastic and could even outshine many women's products. This gel contains, hyaluronic acid, ginseng, a gentle form of retinol, and witch hazel just to name a few. These are a recipe for anti- wrinkle and puffiness success. The roller application method isn't the most sanitary, but assuming you're using it on freshly cleansed skin it should be fine. This is great for a guy who won't bother gently patting his creams in with his ring fingers. The scent is very light, and non irritating. It absorbs very quickly and dries matte, no dewy glowing eyes here. Just hydrated, smoothed, and fresh feeling. This is a great high quality line for you or the man in your life!

Easy to apply!
I think when it comes to applications for men, one the important thing to do is to make it easy and simple to apply. And this does the job. Just open the cap and apply to your face below your eye directly from the applicator. I think if it was in a bottle or something where i have to use my finger to dig into and apply to my face, i wouldnt' use it. I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the application, but my wife thinks it's making a difference. Happy wife Happy husband.

Works a treat
This certainly has worked for me. I'm a train driver who works permanent early shifts. I get up before the trains start running. Often at three am, half two am is the earliest alarm I set. I have three children five and under. So clearly I have bags under my eyes. This little cosmetic literally diminishes those bags. What makes them pronounced is the puffiness that protrudes them outwardly. So this reduces the puffiness hugely. However, I still have dark circles under my eye, its just that they're massively less obvious now the puffiness has gone.Users should be aware the formula is quite potent. I have long eyelashes. If like me you do too you must make a real effort to allow the formula to dry before blinking because it does sting slightly in the skin, but if your eyelashes get some on and it goes in you actual eye it is very irritating.
