This fan is beautiful with a strong design and feels very durable. I have to buy another one though because, like the idiot I might be, I was doing my makeup in the bathroom and it flew out of my hand and landed in the toilet. I'm very upset about this right now. Still love the fan though.

After a lumpectomy, I recently began taking a hormone blocker. This means that, at the ripe old age of 75, I get maybe 15 sweaty hot flashes a day (more in the evenings). I have little battery-driven fans I hang around my neck when a hot flash comes on as I go about the house, or am driving in my car. However, the hum of a fan is not appropriate at church, or when I'm in a class. SO: I have a couple of these lovely fans in my purse or bag to whip out when needed. One could also flirt quite effectively from behind this elegant accessory, were one so inclined...

Bought as a gift for my sister for her travels in India, as it is extremely hot and humid. She loves it and says what a lifesaver it’s been during her trip! Compact to keep in her purse and cute little fabric holder for it. She’s so grateful to have it with her and uses it often!

I like that it has a case and is not too big. Easy to cary in purse and use in church or at outdoor events. I've used it ar home, rolled over it in bed and had my 6 year old fiddle with it. It's durable. No fraying, no wood cracking, nothing coming unglued after a year of using. I have the brown and now purchased the gray just to have a spare and to coordinate with other outfits. I like that it looks classy and refined as opposed to really loud and flashy and cheap looking like the plastic stuff out there with gold paint wearing off.Photo is of the brown fan 1 year later.

I bought two of these fans for my sister and I to use at a concert this weekend. Let me tell you these fans are amazing! Not only were they useful in helping our makeup dry while getting ready, but they held up all night at the concert and then some. We got so many compliments on the fans and solid black made them match both of our outfits, yet it stayed feminine with the flower touch. They were easy to unfold and fold back, and the size made it a perfect fit in our purses.I would definitely recommend these to someone!

I bought this fan (and another one with a different pattern, same company), to keep in my purse. I'm a woman going through the beginning stages of menopause and hot flashes occur frequently! These fans are perfect for when I'm in a restaurant, etc., and a hot flash comes on. The carrying pouch it comes with protects it from being damaged by the other items in my purse like car keys and make-up. The size of the fan is perfect and not obnoxious, and it's easy to hold, even with my somewhat tiny hands.

I live in hot AZ. But even in the A/C I tend to get hot due to age/hormones, lol. I keep one of these fans in my purse at all times. I have lots of doc appts and have noticed that I use it in the room waiting for the doctor the most as it gets hot and little air flow it seems. This definitely keeps me cool. My last one I had about 2 years. They probably aren't meant for my kind of wear and tear . But they hold up as expected and cool me down well. I will continue to replace as I need to.

I looked at this fan for a while prior to purchasing, I had a hard time justifying the price for something that I wasn't 100% confident would be more functional than beautiful. I'm going through hot flashes and I need something available to help me cool down so I decided to take a chance and try it anyway and let me tell you ladies I'm so very glad I did.This fan is the perfect size, it can easily fit into a medium or larger handbag, baby bag, or backpack. I'm not sure if it would fit into a small handbag or not. Its well covered as there's a slip it goes into, so I don't expect any damage to come of it. I have multiple travel fans (the electric kind) and they don't offer nearly as much airflow as this hand held fan does. This fan is very light weight, so its unlikely you'll get tired of fanning yourself unless you can find someone willing to do it for you.The only drawback I've seen yet is folding it back up. It wants to fold in sections rather than all at once, I'm not sure if it's because this is brand new only having been received a few hours ago. Either way I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. If you need a fan for any reason, pass over those electric ones and invest in this small beauty. I'm sure you'll be satisfied. I would recommend this product!!

Excellent cooler. Extremely light but seems more robust than other fans I have had in the past. Looks pretty but is discrete and doesn't distract others when in use. Folds easily and has a lightweight silky sleeve which stops it getting damaged in my handbag, which it easily fits into. Well worth the money, have used most days in this hotter weather since purchase. Very satisfied.

Read the reviews and bought a fan. Wish I had bought 2. I bought the brown to match a brown bag I mostly use. I’m really happy with my fan. I use it for the Menopausal hot flashes I get. I’m gonna buy another colour, so that I can have a spare for another bag. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

I bought this fan for my mother to replace a fan she bought many years ago. She loves it. The size is just perfect for her and the materials used in the fan are strong and robust but remain feminine and pretty. Good delivery time, well packaged. All in all a great buy.

Every woman of a certain age, more especially during our current heatwave, should have one of these. Yes, there are small, plastic, battery operated fans around, but this is what real ladies should carry. The design is gorgeous, and it’s very sturdy. A real must-have for ladies everywhere.
