Works just fine, but it requires a little know how.
I tested this product in my garage before I took it camping with me. I tested it with gasoline because that is what I had at the time, but I will use kerosene when I take it camping. What I found out was you have to use it like you are using an acetylene torch. Once it is light, you need to turn the gas down quite a bit. I also found out that you don't need to pump a bunch of pressure in the fuel canaster. I bought this as an alternative to my Jetboil-like stove. I did not have any fuel leaks, and I plan on buying a wind screen for it to help trap the heat it generates in the future to see how well it helps.

It cooks.
Good product, would buy again. Lots of BTU.

Inconsistent
IT sputters and the pump does not hold pressure. I used MSR light petroleum fuel and tried all the heads provided. My pot was covered in soot from poor burning efficiency and every minute or two I would have to pump it back up to keep it from going out. Do not buy.

Good little stove with small design flaws
Most of what previous reviewers is correct. Strangely I still like the little stove as it does have some positive aspects. I actually like the fuel canister as it is operated in an upright position and does make pumping it up a bit easier as the pressure drops. I do agree with other reviewers that it is a bit tricky to depressurize the canister and you do have to be careful. It did appear that if you slowly take the canister and turn it counterclockwise ever so slowly you will release pressure but not nearly as controlled as the MSR canisters. I'm not particularly crazy about the plastic shroud which on my model tended to get a little too hot when the wind was blowing and kind of melted a little bit of the edges, though it's still very functional and don't see this as too much of a problem... I would have liked to seen a metal shroud instead, but for the price point it's a pretty darn good deal! I do like the pump as it does seem to be superior to the MSR pump as it has an all metal construction. I do also agree that getting a blue flame like the MSR is pretty tricky and it usually has a bit of an orange flame, though I find that perfectly adequate for cooking. I also like that you can put a butane tank right onto it and it functions just fine. I believe it also has a jetting for diesel which I have not used yet but is a nice option to have as well. All in all, it's probably not as good as an MSR and there are some things you have to be careful with, but it also has some positive points that I think make it at least as good if not better than the MSR on those points. Primarily the all metal pump and the upright bottle is a plus. In my mind. Though I have no long-term use of this stove to tell me that the pump will last any longer than the MSR plastic pump.

Just ok
Well, it works, but uses alot of fuel (gasoline) and the flame sputters. I takes a while to bring water to a boil in a container. So if you're look for a cheap alternative I say this is a good product but personally I'd spend the extra money for a stove with better heating ability

Terrible
Out of control fire and now it’s to late to return. Kerosene was spewing all over the place. There is no control knob that works. A littke wind had the flames going crazy. Had to dose it to avoid injury.
