Amazing product .. takes care of headaches due to dehydration on long runs and sweaty days

I was quite sceptical initially about taking "capsules" during a run / ride. Also, the cost per capsule is not exactly low.However, after reading up on salt caps in general and Unived's Rrun capsules, I said let's try it. At worst it will be money wasted. At best, it might help me in my workouts!I'm really glad that it turned out to be of great help during workouts. The capsules make a noticeable difference within a few minutes after taking them during my runs.I'm looking forward to using them for a long time to come.

After running 20-25k run I use to get headache may be because of dehydration. After using this one tablet before run my headache post run has been disappeared. I am writing this review after using this for couple of long runs.One star less because of price seems to be high.

Works wonders. I've got a major problem of cramping due to excessive fluids and electrolytes loss during physical activity. This product has put an end to that completely. Usually one is enough for me for an hour and a half but I've had two sometimes. There's a slight salty after taste in the mouth like I've swum in the sea for a long time when I've had 2 but it's not an issue in the least bit.

The product might have the necessary electrolytes, but it contains too much caffeine and makes me jittery. I drink normal coffees 2 or 3 times a day, so my caffeine tolerance is not very low.Used this during a hard trek, and made me jittery everytime I used it . But the salts worked and delivered it's results none the less

Great to have electrolytes without additives and sugar. Easy to take during travel. Price seems very high as it is just a mixture of some very common salts.
