Great toy for girls/boys, young and old!
This is a really attractive car. Once juiced up, it performed really nicely and had a lot of bells and whistles to it. At the price point, it's a great deal and provides a highly enjoyable experience for kids young and old!

It's worth it! If you understand how to keep RC toys fun.
The included instructions and batteries are most of the problems people encounter with this toy. First, batteries. They are the most important item needed to enjoy any RC Toy. Before first use, fully charge the primary battery. You will know it is fully charged when the red led goes out, not on. See pictures 1 & 2. Do not bother using the included remote batteries. Start off with a fresh pair of high quality batteries. See picture 3. The screws people complain about are there to keep the batteries in place during play. Without them, the batteries will come spilling out with every drop and crash. Yes, an adult should be performing the battery charging and swaps. The screws holding the battery covers are metal screwing into ABS plastic. It is easy to strip out the threads in the holes if they are over tightened or removed with too much force. Go slow removing and replacing the screws. Most of the problems people are complaining about can be resolved by following these tips. I am giving this toy as a gift, I may never get to play with it, so I charged both main batteries and installed better batteries in the remote. The instructions state that each rechargable battery (600mA) should last 15 to 20 minutes. If you want more time between charges, Find a higher capacity battery, such as https://www.amazon.com.be/-/en/800mAh-Li-ion-Battery-Charger-Robots/dp/B0CRVN48JF. Do not expect great results if you do not follow proper RC battery standard practices. Enjoy!

Dog approved!
The media could not be loaded. My dogs love this! Super simple and fun for outdoors or indoors if you have the space. This is the first time they were playing with it so they were still getting used to it. Now they love it even more!

Battery doesn’t last long
Still working 2 months later and still being played with almost daily! Wish battery life lasted longer but that would pry last longer if car was switched off after playing

2-1/2 Month life expectancy
Worked great for about 2-1/2 months. The remote shorted out and so did one side of vehicle. It’s a fair price but wish it would function for a longer time.
