I recently had back surgery and this was perfect for after I got home. It was the perfect size and helped with the swelling.

Works for back or front pain. Chilling while drillin!

I was recently diagnosed with Shingles and was told to ice down my sore areas on my back. Well all I had was a small icepack so after looking into bigger ones here on Amazon I decided to order this one. It's great because it's big enough to cover my whole back or fold it up and just use it on my upper back. Holds the chill in for quite a while too.

I loved the velcro belts, it's so convenient when you need the ice therapy but don't have the time to sit or lay down. The larger size is a big plus, you can have the cold relief from your SI joints, upto your shoulders at the same time. The only complaint I have is the cold didn't go deep enough or last as long as I am used to getting. ( My previous ice pack for my back sprung aleak after several years). If this company would increase the amount of gel in this ice pack it would be perfect.

This is a fantastic cold pack! It gets extremely cold and holds that for around 30+ minutes. Got this due to some severe back issues. This being large enough to cover my entire back has helped tremendously with inflammation. I use it 1-2x per day. Note: I have not used it as a heating source yet. I did order another one for my shoulders.

I like the large size of the ice pack. I’ve been using a few months. Seems to have held up well.

I really like this ice pack. It is soft and pliable, even straight from the freezer. It has evenly distributed gel. It doesn't give my skin freezer burn. I like the elastic straps that come with it, they're very handy for ankle sprains. I like this for my thighs, knees, and back as well.

Good idea but I think it's a bit thin. And that could be the problem with the gel inside not freezing properly. I have to stand on it to straighten the gel out before I can use it.
