KIPOZI Hair Dryer Ionic Hair Blow Dryer for Frizz free Styling with Diffuser and airflow Concentrator.

I had one model identical to this one, that I got 3 or 4 years ago, just from a different brand. I was happy to find this one as there are a few options when drying the hair that I particularly like: the cold button, the 2 speeds/off button and the 3 types of heat. The difference comes that this one doesn't fold and is bigger than the othe model as well as the format of the head. Apart from that, the combination of colours is nice.It comes with a big plastic label attached to the cable (as in the picture) about safety concerns. It also alerts people about these same concerns in the booklet but I suppose someone probably risked drying the hair while taking a bath, which is, by the way, a really bad bad idea...One thing that dislike about it is a "burnt" type of smell that stays on the air after use. It was an intense smell in the first time it was used, but it still happens, in a lesser degree now (not sure if this is normal).

Item arrived on time , however broke after first use ! Don’t buy ! Waste of money.UpdateHad an email from seller , they said if I removed my review they would give me an Amazon voucher , but can’t refund me the money . I have no idea why they can not refund me money . The seller kinda didn’t give a dam about the poor quality of the hairdryer , just the fact that I should remove my review , and o my then I will get a voucher

Not only does this Hairdryer fail to dry hair as advertised, it overheats itself, with or without the attachment. You get about a minute's worth and then *click*. Off it goes. I can't say I've bought many hairdryers over the years. I think this may be my 3rd. However, a tiny white hotel dryer in the rooms bathroom is better than this piece of junk. Utterly useless and certainly a waste of money. Thrown away.****Update**** - Receiving harassing emails telling me delete my comment. 👍

Item worked well for couple weeks then returned as overheated and stopped working.*Update*Good customer service, offered compensation/replacement as well as a refund as the product broke.

Fantastic customer service. Had a problem earlier which was sorted out very professionally. Works really great with my hair texture which I'm so happy about. Doesn't make my hair frizzy at all :)

One of the best hairdryers I have owned and would certainly recommend this. Such good value.

Bought as an Xmas present for my wife. She said it was excellent to start with but now after 3 months it cuts out all the time. She has to wait for it to cool down before continuing to dry her hair. She says she has tried on the lower heat setting and it still does the same.When it does work she says it brilliant.
