Fabulous product. I have literally been using this Magnesium Gel for about 10 years. Every time I have a muscle discomfort I rub it on at night and wake up without any pain.I use it on my shoulders when I've been working for hours at my desk or when I come home sore from my yoga practice.It really works wonders!
