Dickies' flex work pants are our version of the men's flex original 874 pant with an extreme makeover. First, we reengineered the fit for women in the same easy-care, fade-resistant fabric. It has a slim fit and straight leg, making it a very modern and feminine style. The polyester/cotton fabrication means it's very durable, while the back pockets provide just enough utility.

Work Pants That Look and Feel Good
These pants have good quality, wrinkle-free, and a nice look. The slim fit is not tight. I ordered 2 pairs in size 12 but they were a little too loose to my liking. The size 10 fit me well and I have room to bend, etc. I will need to adjust the length an inch or two, but that’s an easy fix with hemming. 160 lbs, 5’6” straight build if that helps.

Almost Perfect
1st of all these are great. If your looking for a mid to high rise work pant with pockets then look no further because these are it. I’m usually a size 7L in pants (Curvy, 150lbs, 30in waist) & I purchased a size 8. They fit almost perfectly. There was some gapping at the waist but nothing a belt can’t fix. If I were to size down they would’ve been too tight in the thighs because these pants have no stretch. They are really long which is perfect for me since I have long legs & my pants are never long enough, but these are borderline too long. If your under 5’6 I’d go with something else. Lastly, the material is thick so if your working in the heat these might not be for you. Overall I really like them because the have functional front & back pockets & are comfortable!

Not a great fit
Not ideal. I ordered a size 12. They fit, but were tight in the thighs and loose in the waist. It is difficult to squat in them. Unfortunately I am past the return window. The length was good. I am 5'7".

Size down-- But great!
For context: I'm 5'9", around 130 lbs, and usually a pant size of 26/27. I ordered the Size 4.They're great, they feel really nice and the pants are constructed enough that they feel sturdy, and are still stretchy enough to move. They do fit a little oddly. I was able to fit two fists comfortably between my stomach and the waistline, and they end up riding lower on my hips. Like most work pants I've gotten, they're very long and I'll be hemming them.I will be returning them for a smaller size because I personally don't like how low they fall on my hips and how low the crotch is from that. Otherwise, they fit great! They're snug around the thigh and loose down the leg.

Go with your gut! They are SLIM FIT!
I’m giving it 5 because the quality is great and style and cut were dead on. Amazon recommended a 2. NOPE. Go with your gut. Get your size. They are SLIM FIT! In no way relaxed fit! Keep that in mind. I wear a 0 I wish they had them. Because to me if I was a 2 still they would fit perfect. Other than that I had no issues. Just have to return them because they are a true size 2.

One fits the other doesn’t
I bought 2 of the exact same pants. Same color, fit, & size at the same time. One pair fits just right but the other is too small. I think the ones that don’t fit are an oddball because they came in a different pouch & the pant legs were rolled up. Like someone else tried them had an issue & sent them back also. Will be sending them back so hopefully they get taken out of the rotation

It’s perfect for Work!
I got them for work and they are perfect for me! The pockets from the front fit my phone perfectly and then they are comfortable just I got it a size smaller. I should’ve gotten a 16 instead of 14 but hey for work they are perfect and price good too cause in a store these go from $50 and up so I’m happy with my work pants! 🥰 they are wrinkle resistant, the fabric is not stretchy but Dickies is not stretchy lol I loved them!

Not what I expected by a long shot
These pants fit like mens dickies. They are also extremely long. The sizing also doesn't match up with the size chart. The legs are not slim like the description states either. Nothing like I expected & I have purchased plenty of women's dickies
