Solid 4 1/2
For reference, this review is being written from the point of view of an avid road cyclist, who gets in several thousand miles every year on the road bike. I have been riding seriously for a little over 10 years.I really like this exercise bike. Up to now I've always used a trainer in conjunction with my regular road bike, which requires bringing the other bike inside, taking a wheel off, mounting the bike to the trainer, etc... Even the "quiet" trainers still aren't really quiet. This however is whisper quiet. I don't even have to turn up the volume on the TV. That makes it convenient when it's just me, but if someone else is in the room as well and we're both watching TV, it being so quiet makes things even better. (Or when someone is sleeping in the next room.)The operation is very smooth. There aren't any hick-ups, slips, bumps, etc. when pedaling. The tension is all magnetic, and can be changed quite easily while riding. It goes from a very easy spin all the way to simulating climbing the steepest mountain. The unit is also sturdy when standing up and pedaling, whether it be for a sprint or just standing up to stretch the legs for a few seconds while pedaling.Assembly was pretty easy. I guess it took us about 30 minutes. There is one step where 4 hands are much better than two, but most of it is easy for one person. So - for some things that could be better. The description says it's good for riders up to 6'8". I'm gonna say not so much. I am 6'2", and with the seat all the way up it is just a smidge shorter than I would ideally like it to get the same leg extension while pedaling that I get on my outside bikes. Not that big of a deal, but I'm just making mention of it. It certainly didn't feel like I was trying to ride a kids bike :-) If you're used to riding "Earth Cruiser" style then I guess this might work for a person 6'8".I wish the display unit also kept up with average speed for your ride. It does keep up with current speed, distance, and time (and a couple others), so it's easy enough to calculate your average speed at the end, but I just wish avg. speed was one of bits of info on the display. All in all I'd say this is a very well-built and well-performing exercise bike. If it keeps working as it has for my rides so far, I will most likely sell off my indoor trainers and just use this for the times I'm stuck riding inside (sadly, most of winter). If anything should change I'll be sure to update my review.

Great spin bike, great customer service too!
This review is for the CBK1902. I've been using this bike for about 3 and a half months with a Peloton Digital subscription and bluetooth sensors I added for speed and cadence. I wanted a no-frills, no computer, simple belt-driven magnetic resistance spin bike and this one is perfect. Its lack of a computer is a pro for me, since I track all my metrics on a fitness app on my phone.Pros:- Handlebars have multiple grips that are similar to Peloton bikes and are coated, which is more durable than the foam I've seen on other bikes- Saddle and pedals have standard road bike interfaces, allowing you to swap them out with commonly available equipment. Though the saddle is remarkably comfortable and I kept it on there. I swapped the dual-sided platform/toe clip pedals out for SPD-SL compatible pedals.- Resistance has a good enough range for Peloton rides. From experience riding actual Peloton bikes, the resistance range is roughly 20 to 60, possibly higher (I've never gone that high on an actual Peloton bike).- Three adjustment points seems to be good enough, especially for this price range. A fourth one to move handlebars back and forth would be a bonus. I am 5' 2", 28" inseam, and I am very comfortable on this bike both sitting and standing.- Flywheel is light enough to hit cadences up to about 115 RPM, but heavy enough to do decent climbs.- It's a very simple, sturdy design. Less to break. Low-to-no maintenance - would be a good idea to wipe it down occasionally to remove sweat (salt) deposits.- Tablet holder is a big plus. It will block usage of the aerobars but these are not used on typical Peloton rides.- Large rollerblade-style wheels make moving and maneuvering this bike around easier than the smaller, luggage-style wheels I've seen on other bikes. The bike weighs 100 pounds and I weigh 100 pounds, and I have had no trouble moving it.- Good warranty for this price point: 1 month money back guarantee and 1 year parts warranty. Great customer service! My customer service story:After about 3 and a half months of regular usage, a clunking/grinding noise started coming from the flywheel. I was worried that the bearings had gone bad, although none of the reviews I'd read complained about parts quality. I messaged the seller through Amazon and got a response within 24 hours. They requested a video with audio of the bike in use, forwards and backwards, min and max resistance. I sent this to them and they responded within 24 hours with very easy to follow, illustrated instructions on a simple axle adjustment which took me about 5 minutes to complete. This adjustment fixed the problem. Great customer service!!UPDATE: During my second ride on the fixed bike, the wheel suddenly developed a wobble and scraping noise. I stopped immediately. Seeing that nothing looked like it had shifted out of place with the repair, I took off the belt drive cover and a handful of small metal pieces fell out. After a bit of investigation, I concluded they came from a part of the flywheel that makes up the shaft. It had shattered and separated from the rest of the assembly. I took a picture of the pieces in my hand, sent it to customer support, and asked what I should do now. Again, within 24 hours, they told me this wasn't repairable and they wanted to replace the entire bike. But because the CBK1902 wasn't available, they wanted to send me the upgraded version, the CBK1901, for no charge. They were good on their word - the bike arrived a couple weeks later. While I'm not happy about what happened (and I wish I understood why it happened), I am very pleased that the company jumped at the opportunity to make it right. Again, great customer service for such an inexpensive spin bike!

Belt Drive and Magnetic Brakes
Great bike for the price. Heck, it's a great bike anyway. It's tough to find magnetic brakes and a belt drive at this price point. Bike is super quiet. Very sturdy. I love the simplicity and classic colors. Handlebars have a built in tablet/phone holder. Easy to assemble since the frame is already put together. Pro tip: Use your own screwdriver as opposed to the included one. The tip is too soft, which made it come off into the screw holes of the water bottle holder when you really tighten down. Would highly recommend this bike. Seems to be a hidden gem.

Great Value
We were in search of a lower cost option to see if all the rage behind the Peloton program, and this bike delivers! After researching options, we felt confident that we wanted a belt drive, magnetic resistance bike, and this was by far the most affordable option. It definitely does not have the bells and whistles of the Peloton bike, but it also costs ~10% of that bike. All of the components seem to be well designed and built. Bike assembly took about 20 minutes. We have been on the bike just about every day for the last several weeks and do not plan on slowing down anytime soon!
