My neighbor down the road said not to use them because of his dog. I said I didn't think about a dog getting caught so I won't use them. Gave them to my son which lives in a dog free area and he has caught 2 coyotes so for. Respect other peoples pets. The snares work like a charm, poor coyotes...

Snares are about 2 feet too short to get a set for a coyote. Also the loop that you need needs to be a nice circle and this is more of a tear drop shape and you cant get this snare to be perfect circle even when trying to bend it.

Great dog snares
Exactly what I wanted. Seems like pretty good quality. Should catch a few yotes up here in north Montana. Pretty cheap too. I got a dozen for like $14.
