Wonderful company to work with, so understanding and helpful. The heat press machine was so much more than I hoped for and I look forward to making many craft items. Purchased the identical machine because a friend of mine has one and loves it.

We love our heat press! I recently bought the Cricut and my husband needed a good amount of work shirts done so we decided to buy the press for a faster process and I’m so glad we did! We also have used the hat attachment and it was very convenient. Super easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Highly recommend.

This machine is easy to use and can do so many different projects with it. Comes hat, mug and plate press attachments. Great value for my money, would definitely buy again and recommend to others in craft group.

It is VERY OBVIOUS THAT THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED! It's cords were melted in several areas, the on & off switch was even melted, the side of the timer was cracked, AND whoever had it last sure didn't know how to correctly press with it. It too had melted junk on the pad. Totally rediculous . I have learned not to buy this product OR any other costly product from the manufacturer it Amazon.

This press does an awesome job it heats up quickly and does an excellent job.

Not sure if the temp settings went high enough. Haven't used the other features just the main heat press. Better if I could give review after more use. Too soon to tell.

Can Amazon or the manufacturer please contact me. This heat press worked fine until around Thanksgiving 2021 . My Granddaughter was creating a T-Shirt and it would not heat up. I purchased it for my granddaughter on Nov 5, 2020. It was delivered November 16, 2020. and it no longer heats up. Is there any refund or coupon offer to replace or go towards another product .. This one is useless and we have had it just a few days over a year.Ms. Jones

This product arrived this morning I unboxed it and used it right away it’s incredible it’s a must have if you have a cricket and or a crafter it is essential you must have this one it is amazing!!!!
